Alexander Patsos is an actor/musician/producer born in New York and now based in Nashville. In 2006, he wrote, directed, and produced his first short film, Toms Place, which was showcased at several film festivals winning 1st Place in Best Independent Short at CUNY College Film Festival. Alexander served as head intern and street team supervisor for the film American Hardcore: The History of American Punk Rock 1980–1986 at its Sundance Film Festival premiere in 2006 as well as its Sony Picture Classic premiere in New York City in the Fall of 2006. Alexander performed at NYC iconic CBGB’s and Don Hills and promoted rock shows across New York City, Alexander released one full-length album and One EP with his former heavy rock band, The Resurrection Sorrow. Alexander studied Cinematography at NYU-SPS Program, shooting and directing music videos for indie rock bands in New York City and Los Angeles. In 2018, Alexander booked a role in Season 3 of HBO’s Divorce.
